| • | Every pilot within the VPIA is required to make at least one flight per month |
| | to keep his/hers account active, unless there is special reason known to a member |
| | of the staff. At the end of this period the pilot will receive a warning. After |
| | three weeks the pilot will receive a second warning, after this warning the pilot |
| | has one week to make a flight or his/her membership will be terminated. |
| • | All assignments are in order and must be flown in order. |
| • | Always note the flight number, origin and destination of your flight. |
| • | Locate the flight in the 'schedules' section for the departure and arrival times. |
| • | Upon starting FSACARS, type in all the correct information and double check. |
| • | Start logging from the ramp not from a taxiway or runway. Make sure that your |
| | parking brakes are engaged before starting the FSACARS. |
| • | Once you arrive, always taxi to the ramp and stop logging only after turning off |
| | the engines and engaging the parking brakes. |
| • | Always fly the aircraft assigned to the flight. |
